Associate / Assistant Professor in Art/Art History

Wenzhou Business College is a top ranked private university approved by the Ministry of Education in China. With over 20,000 students and1,000 faculty members, the College invites applications for 10-year full-time tenure track positions at all ranks in Art or Art History tobegin in Fall 2025. The successful candidate will be able to teach lower level undergraduate art or art history courses. English fluency isa must. Applicants should possess a PhD degree in Art, Art History or related field. ABDs with anticipate completion by May 2025 areencouraged to apply. 

Ideally candidates should have a strong portfolio. The academic rank and the competitive compensation andbenefits package ‚Äì including housing, health insurance, schooling, 10% retirement contribution, home leave allowance and more ‚Äìwill be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. High research candidates with established publication record may beconsidered for a special research track, generous research funding, up to RMB 900,000 (about USD $140K) in tax-FREE salary (pendingnationality), and additional allowance besides standard benefit package, e.g. extra RMB one million in housing subsidy.
