Associate Professor / Assistant Professor in Accounting

Wenzhou Business College is a top ranked private university approved by the Ministry of Education in China. With over 20,000 students and1,000 faculty members, the College invites applications for 10-year full-time tenure track positions at all ranks in Accounting to begin inFall 2025. The successful candidate will be able to teach intermediate or advanced accounting courses, as well as participate in the fullrange of faculty responsibilities, including scholarly research and service to the University. Applicants should possess a PhD degree inaccounting from an AACSB or EQUIS accredited program, or anticipate completion by June 2025. Applicants with terminal degrees from topuniversities and proven research records in accounting are also strongly encouraged to apply.

Ideally candidates should have a trackrecord in refereed publications or strong potential to advance research. The academic rank and the competitive compensation and benefitspackage – including free housing, health insurance, schooling, 10% retirement contribution, home leave allowance and more – willbe commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. High research candidates with established publication record may be consideredfor a special research track, generous research funding, up to RMB 900,000 (about USD $140K) in tax-FREE salary (pending nationality), andadditional allowance besides standard benefit package, e.g. extra RMB one million in housing subsidy.
