Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Quantum Science

Position Overview

A postdoctoral researcher in the Quantum Science Group will carry out research on various cooperative effects due to light-matter interaction in quantum optical systems and controlled quantum systems and explore ways to use them for quantum technology.

Essential Duties

• Carry out research using both analytical and numerical approaches
• Write research papers
• Collaborate and supervise student researchers in the quantum science group
• Work with international collaborators
• Other tasks as assigned.
• University employees' job responsibilities will continue to expand in scope and depth as the University grows in size and complexity in its programs.

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in one of the following areas: quantum optics, condensed matter physics, quantum information theory.
• Fluent in English.
