About the CAU–OSU Joint Program

The International College Beijing (ICB) of CAU invites applications for faculty positions at the rank of Assistant Professor in the joint education program between CAU and OSU. Established in 2011, the CAU–OSU program offers a joint undergraduate major in Agricultural and Forestry Economics and Management (Agribusiness). Students complete 2–3 years at CAU before transferring to OSU to finish their degree.

Position Description

Faculty members will teach undergraduate students in English on-site at International College Beijing, China Agricultural University. Responsibilities include:

  • Teaching 2–4 courses per year in Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Law, Agricultural Finance, Agribusiness Management, International Agricultural Trade, or related fields (on CAU’s east campus);
  • Advising and mentoring students;
  • Participating in college activities.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. in Agricultural Economics, Economics, Agricultural Finance, Finance, Agribusiness Management, International Agricultural Trade, or a closely related field from a reputable university;
  • At least two years of college-level teaching experience;
  • Fluent English proficiency;
  • Openness to cultural diversity and strong communication skills.
