Associate Professor / Assistant Professor in Marketing

Wenzhou Business College is a top ranked private university approved by the Ministry of Education in China. With over 20,000 students and1,000 faculty members, the College invites applications for 10-year full-time tenure positions at all ranks in Marketing to begin in Fall2025. The successful candidate will be able to teach Marketing and IB related courses, as well as participate in the full range of facultyresponsibilities, including scholarly research and service to the University. Applicants should possess a PhD degree in a related disciplinerelevant to Marketing - such as IB, management, finance, business strategy - from an AACSB or EQUIS accredited program, or anticipatecompletion by June 2025. Applicants with related Social Science terminal degrees and proven research records are also strongly encouraged toapply.

Ideally candidates should have a track record in refereed publications and strong potential to advance research further. Theacademic rank and the competitive compensation and benefits package ‚Äì including free housing, health insurance, schooling, 10%retirement contribution, home leave allowance and more ‚Äì will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. Highresearch candidates with established publication record may be considered for a special research track, generous research funding, up to RMB900,000 (about USD $140K) in tax-FREE salary (pending nationality), and additional allowance besides standard benefit package, e.g. extraRMB one million in housing subsidy.
