The College of Artificial Intelligence at Capital Normal University (CNU) invites applications for full-time faculty and research positions at all levels, including Professor, Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, Researcher, Associate Researcher, and Assistant Researcher.

Located in central Beijing, CNU is building a globally competitive AI research environment and seeks outstanding scholars committed to advancing both foundational and applied artificial intelligence.

Successful candidates are expected to establish an active research agenda, supervise graduate students, publish in leading venues, and contribute to undergraduate and graduate teaching.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should ideally possess:

• A PhD in Computer Science, Electrical & Computer Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related field
• A strong publication record in top-tier conferences and journals, such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ACL, EMNLP, KDD, SIGIR, AAAI, IJCAI, and leading IEEE/ACM Transactions
• A demonstrated commitment to rigorous, collaborative, and ethical academic research
• Professionalism and strong academic integrity

We particularly encourage applications from early-career researchers, including assistant professors, postdoctoral fellows, and research scientists completing current appointments between 2026 and 2029. Flexible start dates can be arranged to align with career transitions.
