Responsibilities:

1. Develop global-standard curriculaand courses in mathematics.

2. Teach introductory math courses to non-math major undergraduate students (in English).

3.Design and teach elective math courses to doctoral and senior undergraduate students majoring in Physics and Engineering (in English).

4. Enhance student motivation and interest in mathematics.

5. Support students‚Äô learning and provide individualizedassistance; ensure sufficient office hours to consult with students regularly; and train and guide teaching assistants. 

6.Organize and participate in other math teaching-related activities on campus.

Requirements:

1. Strongprofessional ethics and a sense of dedication in teaching. Passionate about teaching mathematics with extensive theoretical and practicalexperience at the university level.

2. Ph.D. degree in Mathematics or a closely related field obtained from a leading Chinese orinternational university. 

3. Experienced in teaching introductory mathematics at leading Chinese or international universities,with a demonstrated ability to instruct in English. 

4. Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.

WHAT WE OFFER:

These full-time teaching faculty positions open at three distinct ranks: Lecturer, AssociateProfessor, and Professor. The length of the contract is typically fixed to three years. There is the possibility of renewal, potentiallyover several years.
